The Owners

Chef Francesco Cusimano owner of Rustico Ristorante and Pizzeria in Murrieta came to America from Italy in 1992, two years after meeting his wife Filippa on the warm sandy beaches of Sicily, but his romance for food began many years before his love for Filippa.

Chef Francesco and Filippa have worked hard to create a new concept, where great Food and atmosphere will take you to beautiful ITALIA. Our goal is to share Italian traditions and make your stay as fun as possible enjoying the greatest home cooked Italian food.
